By accessing or using the BLUEPRAME platform, website, and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," or "you") and BLUEPRAME ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

BLUEPRAME offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Agency) as described on our pricing page. Features, usage limits, and pricing are detailed at blueprame.com/pricing.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in Euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise. You authorise us to charge your designated payment method on the applicable billing date.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or your access will be downgraded.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused periods, except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to use our Services to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
All content, features, and functionality of the BLUEPRAME platform — including software, design, logos, and trademarks — are owned by BLUEPRAME and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to the platform. By using our Services, you grant BLUEPRAME a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Agency plan subscribers may resell BLUEPRAME Services under their own brand subject to the following:
We target 99.9% platform uptime on a monthly basis. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of extended unplanned downtime, we may provide service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLUEPRAME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to BLUEPRAME in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. BLUEPRAME reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately, and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
